Behind The Scenes: Where We are Putting Our Day and Night for Making Your Brand Visible

Our workers in the image below are doing Shirts and t-shirts Manufacturing

The Process of Manufacturing Takes Place in the Following Steps:

Stitching

Shirt and Tshirt are generally stitched using two primary techniques: overlock stitching and cover stitch. Overlock stitching is widely applied on side seams and hems, ensuring a strong and tidy finish. Cover stitch is mainly used for hemming sleeves and the bottom of the T-shirt, delivering a smooth and professional appearance..

Store

Shirt and T-shirt manufacturers set up their production units, handle inventory, and distribute products through corporate branding as well as wholesale channels. They also focus on branding and packaging, offer customer support, and may run retail outlets. These approaches enable them to efficiently target their markets and meet customer demands.

Cutting

Shirt and Tshirt fabric is usually cut using straight knives or rotary cutters. Straight knives are preferred for bulk cutting, while rotary cutters are ideal for detailed cuts and curves. In large-scale production, automatic cutting machines are utilized to improve speed and accuracy.

Weaving

Shirt and T-shirt manufacturers rely on specialized knitting machines to create knit fabrics. These machines use needles or hooks to interlock yarn loops, forming the required fabric structure. The gauge of knitting machines can differ, affecting the density of the fabric. Shirt and T-shirt manufacturing mainly focuses on knit fabrics rather than weaving.

Finishing

The finishing stage in Shirt and T-shirt manufacturing includes accurate sewing processes, careful hemming and neckline work, labeling and tagging, quality inspections, pressing and steaming, along with proper folding and packaging. These steps enhance the overall quality and final presentation of the Shirt and T-shirt.

Warping

Warping is a preparatory step in weaving where yarns are wound onto a beam in parallel under controlled tension. This ensures proper alignment of yarns for the weaving process. However, while warping may be applied in certain Shirt and T-shirt production cases, it is not commonly used in mass-produced T-shirts.
